What You'll Do:
Supervise classrooms and deliver pre-prepared lessons
Manage behaviour calmly and consistently - strong behaviour management skills are essential
Support a positive, inclusive learning environment
Report back to teachers on student progress and concernsWho We're Looking For:
Experience as a Cover Supervisor, Higher Level Teaching Assistant, or similar role
Strong, calm, consistent behaviour management
Adaptable and confident with different lesson plans
Enhanced DBS (Update Service) or willingness to apply
