We're looking for a confident, detail‑driven Insurance Account Handler, supporting childcare providers across the UK with expert advice, underwriting and first‑class service.
What You'll Be Doing
This is a varied, fast‑paced role where no two days look the same. You'll be:
Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
Helping customers understand their insurance needs in a clear, friendly way
Underwriting risks within our delegated authority
Managing the full insurance cycle - new business, renewals, MTAs
Delivering exceptional customer service with accuracy and care

What We're Looking For
To hit the ground running, you'll need:
Minimum 5 GCSEs (A-C / 4-9) including Maths & English
2+ years' experience in commercial insurance
Strong communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
A willingness to learn and grow
