Your new role
Do you have experience leading large scale planned works programmes, managing significant budgets and making positive change happen? If so, we’d love to hear from you. We’re now looking for an experienced Senior Planned Operations Manager to help us deliver on our ambitions and lead the way.
In this role, you’ll take overall responsibility for delivering our planned and cyclical works programmes across our homes. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. You’ll ensure planned works are delivered safely, compliantly and to a high standard, with a strong focus on value for money, customer experience, and continuous improvement.
Using your experience and forward‑thinking approach, you’ll look at how we can grow and develop our in‑house delivery capability, while always meeting legislative and regulatory requirements. We’re committed to doing things better -not just the way they’ve always been done.
You’ll work closely with Directors, the Finance Business Partner and a wide range of stakeholders to support forecasting, budget control and long‑term planning, helping shape how we deliver planned investment now and into the future. You will have:

* Have, or be willing to work towards, an Ofqual-recognised qualification in Housing Management (Chartered Institute of Housing Level 4 or equivalent).
* H&S qualification (IOSH 5 day or NEBOSH construction certificate) with a depth of working knowledge of application of Health and Safety legislation and how to keep people safe.
* Extensive knowledge of statutory regulations relevant to the role
* Demonstrable experience in managing large scale contract and maintenance projects within a housing organisation.
* Commercially astute with the ability to analyse financial data and formulate work programmes within defined budgets
* Good communicator with ability to lead / motivate individuals and teams in the delivery of key services
If you’d like to join a values driven organisation, make a visible impact, and play a leading role in shaping the future of planned investment, we’d love to hear from you.
We’ll review applications as they come in and may close the advert early if there’s a high level of interest - so please don’t delay and apply today
