Are you a or soon to be Psychology Graduate looking to gain valuable, hands-on experience working with children and young people? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to support pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) in schools across Cardiff.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build practical experience that can act as a stepping stone towards further careers in psychology. Whether you are aiming to become a Psychologist Assistant, pursue a Master's degree, or work towards a Doctorate, this role will provide you with meaningful, real-world insight into supporting individuals with diverse and complex needs.
The Role:
Provide 1:1 support for pupils in mainstream school settings
Work within Specialist Resource Bases supporting learners with ALN
Assist with emotional, behavioural, and educational development
Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment
Work flexibly in Cardiff Primary or Secondary Schools What We Offer:
