Plan and deliver highly personalised lessons to pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties
Adapt teaching to meet a wide range of needs, including communication and sensory needs
Work closely with support staff, therapists, and families to provide holistic support
Foster a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
