About the Role:
A leading subcontracting firm in the construction industry is seeking talented MEP Revit Technicians to join their growing team. Working primarily on Stage 4 and Stage 5 projects, the successful candidate will be responsible for producing detailed MEP models and drawings, collaborating closely with design teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed MEP Revit models for Stage 4 and Stage 5 projects.
Coordinate with design teams and contractors to ensure design accuracy and resolve clashes.
Produce high-quality technical drawings and documentation.
Support project delivery with timely updates and revisions to models.
Assist in maintaining BIM standards and best practices across projects.Requirements:
Proven experience as an MEP Revit Technician within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of Revit and BIM processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
