The Role
This is a pure new business development role – ideal for someone who enjoys cold calling, prospecting, and opening doors.
No need to bring any existing accounts or manage a portfolio — the focus is entirely on generating new opportunities and building your own pipeline from the ground up.
You will act as a consultative seller, speaking with decision-makers, understanding their challenges, and matching them with tailored IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn
Build and manage your own sales pipeline from scratch
Identify and qualify new opportunities
Engage with senior decision-makers and stakeholders
Run consultative sales conversations and meetings
Work closely with internal teams to support deal progression
Maintain accurate CRM recordsAbout You
Experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
Confident and comfortable with cold calling and outbound activity
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
Highly organised with attention to detail
Comfortable using CRM systems
