Sales Administrator – Aberdeen (On-site, Full-Time)
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Sales Administrator to join our Central Processing team in Aberdeen. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where accuracy, efficiency and teamwork are critical to success.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed quickly and correctly, supporting both Sales and Sourcing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Processing customer orders using Sage, ensuring all details are accurate and complete
- Working closely with Sales, Sourcing and customers to resolve queries and keep orders moving
- Maintaining high standards of service in a fast-paced environment
What we’re looking for:
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to prioritise and work collaboratively in a busy team
- Experience with Sage 200 and MS Office is desirable
- Previous admin or processing experience is a plus, but full training will be provided
