The Role – Youth Mentor (Behaviour Mentor) – Bromley
A specialist all-through SEMH school in Bromley is looking to appoint a dedicated and experienced Youth Mentor to join their team as soon as possible. The school operates across two sites and caters to students from primary through to secondary age, all of whom require additional support with their social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
In this Youth Mentor role, you will provide tailored support through 1:1 interventions, small group work, and in-class assistance, as well as supporting students outside of the classroom when required. As a Youth Mentor you will work closely with pupils who may display challenging behaviour, so strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships are essential.
