We’re looking for a skilled Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join a well-established team covering sites across the Newcastle area. This is a great opportunity to join a business known for its strong team culture and supportive working environment.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of systems, with a strong focus on plant room environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing and heating systems
* Respond to reactive maintenance issues and complete repairs
* Work within plant rooms on boilers, pumps, and associated equipment
* Diagnose faults and carry out remedial works
* Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures
* Complete all relevant documentation accurately and on time
What You’ll Need:
* Proven experience as a Plumbing & Heating Engineer
* Strong plant room experience (essential)
* Knowledge of commercial heating systems
* Ability to work independently and manage your workload
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
