LOCATION- Pontyclun
TERM- Permanent
SALARY- £35,000 - £45,000 per annum DOE
We are looking for Toolmaker on a permanent basis in the Pontyclun area with experience in manufacture of Injection Mould & Press tools.
The Toolmaker will ideally have the following attributes:
Experienced or apprentice time served
Read Technical Engineering drawings
CNC shop experience would be beneficial
Able to verbally communicate effectively at all levels
Excellent attention to detail
The Toolmaker role will involve:
Repairing, modifying & maintaining existing production tooling
Operate all tooling & equipment safely
Use of milling machines, lathes & grinders
Maintain high standard of cleanliness
Producing work with high quality surface finish
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Ensure correct labelling of tools
Good housekeeping to 5S standards
Log completed tool maintenance and repair to databases
