A well-established and friendly business is looking for a reliable Office Administrator to support its busy order processing function. This is a structured, customer-focused role where accuracy, organisation and great communication really matter.

The Role
You'll play a key part in ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently via phone and online portal systems, helping maintain excellent service standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Processing customer orders received by phone and customer portal
Checking order accuracy and resolving queries
Liaising with customers regarding delivery updates and amendments
Supporting internal teams with order information
Maintaining accurate system records and administration
Providing general office support where required
What We're Looking For
Previous administration or order processing experience
Confident telephone manner and customer communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working with internal systems / portals
Organised and dependable team player
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
