This role is fully office based, 5 days per week in London, King’s Cross. Working 32.5 hours per week. Duration is until the end of the year, with possible extension or permanent offer.

You’ll be a first point of contact. This varied role offers a high level of autonomy, combining membership support with administrative work. Experience of working in Membership, combined with CRM database exposure would be a real bonus.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support membership from applications and renewals to reinstatements.
* Deliver excellent member service through clear communication.
* Provide. efficient query handling.
* Manage records, payments and Direct Debit processes with accuracy.
* Handle cancellations and retention activity.
* Coordinate applications for cards & student memberships.
* Maintain data integrity through regular audits.
* Produce reports.
* Act as a key contact for member enquiries.
* Coordinate meetings, events and diaries for officials and committees.
* Prepare agendas & meeting packs.
* Maintain organised filing systems and provide general administrative assistance

Salary description
£23.74 - £23.74 per hour
