The Role
As a Year 3 Teacher, you will support pupils as they transition into Key Stage 2, helping them to develop confidence, independence, and strong learning habits.
You will:

• Use assessment to identify gaps and support progress
• Maintain clear routines and high expectations for behaviour
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistency
What They’re Looking For
This role would suit a Year 3 Teacher who:
• Holds UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has experience in primary education (KS1 or KS2)
• Understands the transition from KS1 to KS2
• Can establish strong routines and expectations
• Takes a consistent and practical approach to teaching
