Position: CNC Miller (3-4 Axis)
Location: Kensworth, near Dunstable
Salary: £18.00 - £20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
A well-established precision engineering business is seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join its growing team. This hands-on role involves programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines (3-4 axis) to produce high-quality components across sectors such as motorsport, aerospace, and medical engineering.

Job Overview
Program, set, and operate CNC 3-4 axis milling machines
* Work with Haas CNC machinery
* Use CAD/CAM software such as OneCNC and/or HyperMILL (experience beneficial, not essential)
* Work from technical engineering drawings to produce precision components
* Ensure consistent quality across all manufactured parts
* Meet production deadlines and internal milestones
* Maintain a proactive, hands-on approach within a fast-paced environment
* Collaborate effectively within the team to support production goalsRequirements
Proven experience in CNC milling (3-4 axis essential)
* Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings
* CAD/CAM experience is essential
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Experience using CMMs advantageous
* Computer literate

* 39-hour working week
* Overtime available at 1.5x rate (expected throughout the year)
