How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

As a Senior Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping both the creative output and the systems that support it. You’ll deliver high-quality design across multiple channels, while also contributing to how we scale creative more effectively through toolkits, templates, automation and emerging technologies. This role goes beyond execution. You’ll help define smarter ways of working, improving consistency, speed and quality across the studio, while maintaining a strong focus on craft. You’ll partner closely with Creative Lead, Brand, Marketing and stakeholders across markets, ensuring the work is both creatively strong and operationally efficient.

    Key duties will include:

Creating high-quality static and motion design across campaigns, social, digital, CRM, in-gym and print.

Contributing and leading creative concepting as well as execution, working alongside other creatives.

Applying and evolving the brand’s creative toolkit to ensure consistency and impact across all touchpoints.

Designing and refining scalable systems such as templates, modular assets and repeatable frameworks.

Identifying opportunities to improve workflow efficiency across briefing, production and delivery.

Exploring and integrating AI and emerging tools where they add meaningful value to craft or efficiency.

Collaborating closely with copywriters, motion designers, marketers and stakeholders across regions.

Presenting work with clarity and confidence, articulating both creative and strategic rationale.

    The Person

A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, conceptually sound work across multiple channels.

A clear strength in craft, with a sharp eye for typography, layout and visual systems.

Experience working with or building scalable design systems, templates or toolkits.

A systems mindset, with an interest in improving how creative is produced and delivered.

Curiosity and openness to new tools, including automation and AI, and how they can  enhance creative workflows.

Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with After Effects and Premiere Pro desirable.

Experience working at pace across multiple briefs, markets and audiences, whilst maintaining quality and consistency.

Confidence presenting work and engaging with stakeholders at different levels.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work at pace without compromising quality.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to bring others with you.

Experience motivating and leading a team, whether as part of a project team or direct line management.
