I’m currently working with a well established, close knit large format and signage company based in Chesham who are looking to bring in an experienced all rounder to join their team.

This is a hands on role within a small business where everyone gets stuck in. The position is around 90% in house production, with 10% installation work when required.

The role:

Operating large format printers to produce signage, graphics, banners and vinyls
Managing jobs through RIP software and ensuring work is completed accurately and on time
Carrying out finishing duties including laminating, mounting, trimming and vinyl application
Working with a range of materials and substrates
Supporting with occasional installs, mainly vinyls and graphics
Maintaining high quality standards and keeping the production area organisedWhat they’re looking for:

Experience within large format print and signage
Strong all round production and finishing skills
Comfortable working in a fast paced, hands on environment
Good attention to detail and pride in your work
A team player who’s happy to get involved across all areas
Full UK driving licenceAdditional info:

CSCS card is beneficial but not essential
A DBS check may be required due to some work being carried out in schoolsSalary is around £33,000 depending on experience, with flexibility for the right person.
