Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Start Date: ASAP/Easter 2026
Contract: Flexible temporary roles (day-to-day, short-term and long-term)
Salary: £32,916-£45,351 per annum pro rata (depending on experience and/or qualifications)
About the role
We are really excited to be advertising opportunities for Primary School Teachers to work with Heart of Supply across our partner schools in Lincolnshire. We work with a wide mix of Primary School Teachers, from those who love the variety of day to day supply to others looking for short term roles or longer placements in EYFS, KS1 or KS2. As a Primary School Teacher, no two days are the same. You might be following prepared lesson plans, jumping into a new school for the day, or offering continuity in a longer booking, all while helping pupils feel supported and settled. We are keen to connect with Primary School Teachers who are adaptable, confident in the classroom and happy working in different settings, whether that means supporting early reading, leading core subjects, or guiding older pupils through the school day when their usual teacher is away.
About the schools
Heart of Supply works with a broad mix of friendly, supportive primary schools right across Lincolnshire. Our partner schools range from local authority settings to academies, all with a shared focus on creating positive, well-run classrooms and welcoming staff teams. These are schools that appreciate reliable cover and understand the value of making supply teachers feel part of the day, even when they are only in for a short time.
Because we build close working relationships with our schools, we are able to match teachers to settings that feel like a good fit. Some schools need occasional cover, while others are looking for more consistent support, and we help make sure the right people are in place. For teachers, this means gaining experience in a variety of schools that are organised, supportive and focused on giving pupils stability throughout the school day.
What you will need:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting
* A nurturing, flexible teaching approach with the ability to connect quickly with pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
* Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management rooted in positive reinforcement
* The ability to follow pre-set work while bringing your own creativity and energy to the classroom
* Clear communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff alike
* A minimum of 6 weeks’ teaching experience in the UK
We’re fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. All applicants will undergo thorough vetting, including enhanced DBS (with children’s barred list check and Update Service registration), references, and online checks as part of our compliance process.
What we offer you:
* Competitive weekly PAYE pay
* Roles tailored to your lifestyle - day-to-day or longer term
* Access to exclusive opportunities in great local schools
* A friendly, experienced consultant who listens
* Free CPD and ongoing professional development
* A simple ‘Refer a Friend’ scheme
* A warm, supportive agency that genuinely cares about you and your journey
