We are currently looking for an experienced Groundworker / Machine Driver to join our team on a busy site in Penrith.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident operating machinery but also willing to get stuck in on the ground when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating excavators and other plant safely and efficiently
Carrying out general groundworks including digging, drainage, and foundations
Assisting with manual tasks on site (this is not a machine-only role)
Working as part of a team to keep the project running smoothlyRequirements:
Valid CPCS or NPORS ticket
Proven experience in both machine driving and groundworks
Good attitude and strong work ethic
Willingness to jump off the machine and use a shovel when required
