Combining office-based work with field sales across Scotland’s Central Belt, this Monday to Friday role (9:00am – 5:00pm) offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to directly influence business performance.
The Role
* Lead the development and delivery of growth strategies, identifying new markets and driving revenue across the Central Belt.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients, maximising all sales opportunities.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
* Create and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations that clearly communicate value and differentiate the business.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a joined-up and effective approach.
* Represent the business at networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions to enhance brand visibility and expand your network.
* Negotiate and close deals with confidence, securing profitable and sustainable business agreements.

* A proven track record in B2B sales or business development, ideally within a fast-paced or related sector.
