How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Car Sales Executive

    5 Day Week – No Sundays!

    If you’re an experienced Car Sales Executive looking for a stronger earning structure paired with a genuine 5-day working week, this opportunity is worth a closer look.

    A volume brand main dealer in the Beckenham / Penge area is offering a well-balanced setup: a proper 5-day working week with no Sundays, a strong basic salary, and a commission structure delivering £50,000–£60,000 OTE.

    Responsibilities

    * Managing and converting new and used vehicle enquiries

    * Supporting customers through the sales process from enquiry to handover

    * Maintaining accurate customer records and follow-up activity

    * Working effectively to achieve and exceed sales targets

    * Delivering a professional and customer-focused experience at all times

    Qualifications

    * Minimum 1 year motor trade Car Sales Executive experience

    * Stable work history

    * Full UK driving licence

    * Professional and presentable approach

    * Strong communication and customer engagement skills

    Salary and Benefits

    * Starting basic £21,000 – £24,000 depending on experience

    * OTE £50,000 – £60,000

    * Monday to Saturday 8:30am–6:00pm

    * 5-day working week (no Sundays), one weekday off per week
