We’re looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Operative to join a supportive team where reliability, organisation, and teamwork are key. This is a varied role combining warehouse duties with logistics and dispatch coordination, helping ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.

The Role

This is a broad, hands‑on position where you’ll split your time between warehouse operations and logistics administration. You’ll be involved in everything from picking and packing to organising shipments and coordinating with couriers, playing a vital role in day‑to‑day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch

Processing shipments and preparing documentation

Printing and allocating shipping labels

Liaising with couriers regarding collections and delivery schedules

Booking courier collections

Updating customer shipping portals and dispatch records

Receiving and processing incoming deliveries

Keeping packing and despatch areas clean, organised, and efficient

Supporting the wider team with general warehouse duties as required

What We’re Looking For

Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred

Comfortable carrying out both hands‑on and administrative tasks

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work well as part of a team

Reliable, proactive, and flexible approach to work
