We have a new opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative to join a Repairs & Maintenance team for a specialist housing contractor. The role involves covering a patch of social housing properties across Cambridge, Saffron Walden, and the surrounding areas, so regular travel is essential.
Responsibilities:
Completing repairs work for all social housing properties as per the specification.
Working in a timely and productive manner with specific turnaround deadlines as part of the repairs and maintenance team.
Recording and submitting accurate data using relevant business system electronic devices
Affording excellent customer service to client representatives and tenants.
Arranging purchase of materials required to deliver the works in a planned and efficient manner. Requirements:
