Overview:
Service Service is recruiting for a talented Refrigeration Engineer for an established HVAC, refrigeration, and heat pump specialist based in Norwich. This is a field-based role covering Norfolk and Suffolk, offering a strong package, overtime opportunities, and structured on-call arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Service, maintain, and install air conditioning, refrigeration, and heat pump systems.

* Carry out fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial and domestic systems.

* Support installation projects when required.

* Participate in an on-call rota (currently 1 in 5, moving to 1 in 6).

* Work away from home when required (accommodation and food fully paid).

Skills & Experience Required:

* F-Gas qualification essential (hydrocarbon preferred).

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in refrigeration and air conditioning.

* PASMA certification advantageous.

* VRV / VRF experience beneficial.

* Full UK driving licence.

* Flexible approach to travel, overtime, and on-call work.
