How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    The HRIS Implementation Advisor will oversee and enhance HR systems to support operational effectiveness. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a proven ability to optimise processes and provide technical expertise during systems implementation.

    Client Details

    You'll be joining the HR & Finance team at a world renowned educational institution. The role will have dotted reporting lines into the Head of HR and Head of Finance, as the organisation looks to implement their first HRIS. You'll work on a hybrid basis 3/4 days per week in office, depending on term times.

    Description

    The HRIS Implementation Advisor will:

    Work with the wider HR & Payroll teams to identify potential vendors for a new HRIS
    Identify the current standing of HR & Payroll compliance and governance to inform future decision making
    Research HRIS platforms that would suit organisation needs
    Conduct meetings with 3rd party vendors to understand their products in details and draw up a recommendations to share with senior leadership team based on findings
    Work with colleagues across the organisation to ensure a smooth roll out and implementation of the new system(s)
    Give advice and guidance on how to streamline process and increase efficiency within the HR & Payroll teams
    Provide reports and utilise data available to make recommendations to leadershipProfile

    A successful HRIS Implementation Advisor should have:

    Experience with implementation of an HRIS.
    Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot system-related issues effectively.
    Knowledge of data protection regulations and HR compliance standards.
    Proficiency in generating and interpreting HR-related reports and analytics.
    Excellent communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    Capability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results.
    Ability to commute to a central Oxford location.Job Offer
