Our client, a leading organisation in its sector, is hiring an IT Technician to support and maintain day-to-day IT operations across the business. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in ensuring systems run smoothly while contributing to ongoing improvements in IT services.
What you’ll do:
Provide first and second-line technical support to users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests
Assist with system upgrades, maintenance, and IT projects
You’ll work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver reliable and responsive IT support across the organisation.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in an IT support or technician role
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
Basic understanding of networking principles (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
