Site Manager – Leeds City Centre (ASAP Start)
Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to start ASAP on a live music venue fit-out project based in Leeds City Centre.
This is a great opportunity to get involved in a fast-paced, high-profile refurbishment within a live environment.
Key Details:
* Location: Leeds City Centre
* Duration: 5–6 months
* Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
* Project: Fit-out of a live music venue
Key Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day management of site operations
* Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades
* Ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
* Maintaining health & safety compliance across site
If you are an experienced Site Manager with a background in fit-out projects, ideally within live environments, and are available for an immediate start, we would like to hear from you.
* Reporting progress to senior management
* Hands-on involvement on site where required
Requirements:
* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* First Aid at Work
* IPAF (desirable)
* PASMA (required)
* Strong background in fit-out projects
* Joinery/Carpentry background essential
* Experience working in live environments (preferred)
* Ability to be both hands-on and supervisory
