We are currently recruiting a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Support students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups across a range of subjects
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Provide targeted support for students with additional needs, including SEN
Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
Support students' academic progress and emotional wellbeing
Contribute to lesson preparation and classroom organisationThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A recent degree or expected completion in 2026 or 2027 (any subject considered, though education, psychology, or related fields are advantageous)
A genuine interest in working within education
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach
The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
