Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance.
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents/guardians to address students' individual needs.
- Contribute to the overall development and well-being of students.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leading role, demonstrating leadership skills and responsibilities.
- Enhanced Child Workforce Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment.
