Key Responsibilities
* Operating and monitoring production machinery safely and efficiently
* Ensuring products meet required quality standards
* Performing basic machine maintenance and fault finding
* Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
* Following all health & safety procedures
* Meeting daily production targets
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Machine Operator or within a manufacturing environment
* Injection moulding experience is desirable but not essential
* Strong attention to detail
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
