Requirements:
Experience as a Registered Manager within a nursing home for older people
Clinical Qualification desirable but not essential
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
Experienced in quality management systems
Proven track record in managing good rated care homes
Excellent communication skills including IT literacy
Responsibilities
Management of a small/medum sized nursing home
Line management of Heads of Department
Reporting into Regional Manager
Lead on quality and compliance
Management of recruitment, induction and supervision of care and support team
Sales, marketing and promotion of the home to local community
Liaising and working with relevant stakeholders
Remuneration:
Salary £(phone number removed) depending on experience
