How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Overview of the Role
    Project Architect role in North London focusing on high-end residential projects. You will lead schemes from concept through to delivery, managing design quality, technical output and consultant coordination. The role requires strong Revit capability and hands-on involvement across all RIBA stages, contributing to planning submissions and detailed construction packages.

    Practice & Project Information
    This established practice delivers design-led residential and mixed-use schemes across London. The studio operates collaboratively with a strong emphasis on design integrity, craftsmanship and technical delivery. Projects are supported by BIM workflows, with a focus on detailed private residential developments and coordinated project execution.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead projects across all RIBA stages, maintaining design intent
    Produce coordinated Revit models and drawing packages
    Manage consultant coordination and technical resolution
    Oversee client communication and project expectations
    Prepare technical drawings, specifications and construction information
    Support planning submissions and attend site meetingsRequired Skills and Experience

    Qualified Architect with ARB registration
    Minimum three years post-qualification experience
    Strong Revit proficiency with BIM delivery experience
    Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and detailing standards
    Experience leading projects through multiple RIBA stages
