What will you be doing?
• Lead recruitment and selection activities
• Support delivery of a professional HR service
• Provide advice on employee relations matters
• Ensure HR policies are applied consistently and kept up to date
• Build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders
• Support audits and continuous improvement activities
• Assist with graduate programmes and international assignments
• Support performance review and objective setting processes
Where you'll be doing it
You'll join a well-established engineering-focused organisation operating in a regulated environment. The business places a strong emphasis on compliance, structured processes, and continuous improvement, with HR playing a key role in supporting operational success.
What you'll need
• CIPD Level 5 (CIPP beneficial)
• Around 5 years' experience in an HR Business Partner role
• Experience in a technical or engineering environment
• Strong knowledge of employment law
• Proven employee relations experience
• Experience with recruitment and competency-based interviewing
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems
