Are you an experienced Multiskilled Operative looking for a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same?
We’re looking for a proven trades professional to join a busy reactive repairs team working across occupied social housing.
The Role
You’ll be delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance within occupied properties, working to tight turnaround times in a demanding but rewarding environment.
* Reactive repairs (standard 30-day turnaround)
* Emergency callouts within 24 hours
* Voids work – bringing properties back to lettable standard
* Working across a large housing stock (8,000+ properties)
What You’ll Need
* Minimum 3 years’ trade experience (essential)
* Strong multiskilled background including:
Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering, Bricklaying, Fencing, Flooring or Groundworks
* Experience working in occupied social housing
* Ability to work under pressure and manage a high workload
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
What’s On Offer
* PAYE rate of £16.28 per hour
* Company vehicle provided (work use only)
* Ongoing work – initial 3 months with potential to extend up to 12 months
* Stable, high-volume contract environment
Working Hours
* 8:00am – 4:00pm or 8:30am – 5:00pm
* Early finish Fridays (3:30pm)
