About the role - Teaching Assistant
As a Teaching Assistant you will support the learning and development of students across Key Stages 1 and 2 within the primary setting. You will be working under the guidance of teachers and school SENCO, the post involves providing targeted support to individuals and small groups, helping to reinforce classwork and foster independent learning. The role also includes supporting students with additional needs, promoting positive behaviour, and contributing to a safe, inclusive environment.
