We are looking for a friendly and proactive individual to join their IT team as a First Line Support Analyst.

The Role of the First Line IT Support:
Provide first-line technical support to users across multiple sites and a growing online customer base
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, escalating where necessary
Support and maintain business applications and network infrastructure
Assist with system design, testing and ongoing IT projects
Deliver support via phone, email and occasional on-site visitsThe ideal candidate:
