HGV 1 Driver Trainer

My client is looking for a HGV driver trainer, to work Tuesday to Saturday 09:00-17:00. You will be working as part of a team to deliver training to drivers in Avonmouth, you will be required to assist in Severnside on occasion. Overtime available on weekends. Ideally you will have, NRI LGV instructor and RTITB driver CPC, however full training will be available for successful candidates.

The role:

· Tuesday to Saturday

· 09:00-17:00.

· Assessing new and existing drivers.

· Monitor driver’s tacho hours.

· Supporting drivers with route learning.

· Some driving will be required in busy periods.

The person:

· HGV 1 licence

· 2 years experience on HGV 1- Essential.

· RTITB certificate- Desirable.

· NRI certificate- Desirable.

· Flexibility on working hours/days.

· Team player.

· Basic computer skills.

· Good time keeping and attendance.

· Full understanding of drivers and working hours.
