The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils with additional learning needs and enabling them to engage fully with the curriculum.
Key responsibilities:
* Delivering one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a variety of special educational needs
* Supporting the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
* Adapting learning materials and activities to suit individual learning and behavioural needs
* Encouraging confidence, independence, and active participation in the classroom
* Working closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure consistent support
The Ideal Candidate

* Graduates or final-year students from any subject area are encouraged to apply
* Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided
