Role Overview:
We're looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creation of both static and dynamic visuals that reflect the company's brand and enhance our workplace designs. In this role, you'll manage design projects across digital, interactive, and print platforms, working closely with various teams to bring concepts to life.
You'll also play a key role in supporting the Head of Graphic Design, stepping in during their absence to oversee projects and provide guidance to the design team, ensuring smooth and consistent creative output.
Key Responsibilities:
* Digital Design: Lead design for presentations, and project docs (static or animated).
* Motion Design: Create dynamic visuals using Adobe suite and animation tools.
* UX Design: Ensure smooth, accessible user experiences in digital products.
* Print Design: Create artwork for print materials and large-scale projects, collaborating with vendors for high-quality production.
About You:
* Experience: 5+ years in graphic, motion, or UX design with a strong project portfolio.
* Skills: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, motion design, web design, and UX tools.
* Leadership: Creative and able to mentor junior designers.
* Attention to Detail: High standard of quality and consistency.
* Project Management: Able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Collaboration: Strong team player and communicator.
* Communication: Clear in presenting designs and interacting with clients.
