We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurture Teacher to join a specialist SEN provision in Flitwick within the education and training sector. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs, particularly those with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
Key Responsibilities - Flitwick
Deliver tailored nurture-based learning sessions to meet individual pupil needs
Support pupils with SEMH and additional learning needs
Build strong, trusting relationships with vulnerable learners
Promote emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour strategies
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and external professionals
Contribute to EHCP targets and monitor pupil progress
We are looking for a Nurture Teacher who is:
A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent)
Passionate about or experienced in SEN/SEMH education
Calm, patient, and resilient in challenging environments
Skilled in building strong relationships with pupils
Committed to inclusive and therapeutic approaches to learning
Able to commute to Flitwick
