Working schedule: Monday to Friday - Rotating shifts 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm
Rate of pay: £12.71ph
Contract type: Temporary for up to 3 months initially
Adecco are looking for experienced Fettler/Spongers within the ceramics industry to join our client's team based in ST4 of a temporary basis for up to 3 months initially. There is also a possibility that this could be extended.
This role is to start asap and you must be able to work rotating shifts of days and noons.
Key responsibilities:
Use of tools, fettling ceramic items to remove seams, marks, and imperfections
Sponging pottery to achieve a smooth, consistent surface finish
Checking items for defects and reporting issues to supervisors
Handling delicate ceramic items with care throughout the process
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working to production schedules and quality standards
