JML Jobmatcha are looking for a Procurement Coordinator / Buyer (Commercial Admin) to join a live healthcare project at Princess Royal University Hospital, Orpington.
Location: PRUH - Orpington
Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (40 hrs/week)
Duration: 3 months min (temp to perm opportunity)
Key Duties:
* Raising purchase orders / material requisitions
* Managing goods receipts and supplier invoices
* Supporting subcontractor procurement and payments
* Monitoring inbox and supplier compliance (e.g. Esource)
* Assisting with PPM contracts and renewals
* Raising payment certificates and supporting commercial processes
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in procurement / buying / commercial admin
* Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
* Experience with invoices, payments, and subcontractors
* Good Excel and admin skills
* Strong communication and organisation
