CNC Turner Pay, Hours and Benefits
* £40,000 (including nights shift allowance)
* 38 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 10:00pm – 7:30am
* Only a 4-day working week
* 32 days holiday’s including bank holidays

The CNC Turner Position is Commutable From: Accrington, Blackburn, Burnley, Chorley, Bury, Rochdale
CNC Turner Candidate Requirements
* Time-served engineer (or equivalent qualification) with strong background in high-accuracy machining environments
* Proven experience operating CNC turning machinery, with ability to confidently set, run, and adjust machines
* Familiar with CNC controls including Mazak, Fanuc, and Okuma (preferred)
* Ability to read, interpret, and work accurately from detailed engineering drawings and specifications
* Experience machining stainless steel components to tight tolerances and quality standards
* Milling experience advantageous, with a strong understanding of precision manufacturing processes
CNC Turner Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)
* Set up tools, load materials, and operate CNC machines to machine components to specification
* Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate manufacture to required tolerances
* Inspect and measure components using appropriate inspection equipment to maintain quality standards
* Maintain accurate quality records and use computer systems for production/data entry
* Follow health & safety procedures, maintaining a clean working environment and handling materials up to 25kg
* Support continuous improvement, lean manufacturing principles, and 5S workplace organisation
