The Job
* Develop and maintain expertise in the product range of the company.
* Manage documentation for planning and consult with technical and sales team the assist in bringing the product to a wider audience.
* Ensure compliance and that all necessary documentation is present and up to-date.
* Maintain internal systems and CRM systems.
* Provide initiative-taking and timely response to external and internal customers.
* Maintain customer database and assist in organising mailshots and new products launches.
* Train staff on new products and update to enable them to deliver a high level of customer service.
About you
* Proven experience of supporting the delivery of a product to market.
* Background in customer service and product management
* experience within the construction industry would be an advantage
* Excellent written and communication skills, with good presentation skills
* Ability to manage multi projects and meet short- and long-term deadlines.
* Background in customer service roles involving product management.
* Proficiency in incorporating new and existing tools such as Hubspot or other CRM's
* Experience within a manufacturing environment would be a distinct advantage.
