Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to work in a high‑performing secondary school on the Wirral. This is a long‑term supply role, starting immediately and expected to continue until at least the end of June, with the potential for extension.

The Maths department is well‑resourced, collaborative and forward‑thinking, with a clear curriculum structure across KS3 and KS4. You'll be joining a committed team with strong leadership and excellent support in place for supply staff.
The Role - Maths Teacher
Teaching Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4
Planning and delivering engaging, high‑quality Maths lessons
Maintaining high expectations of behaviour and achievement
Contributing to a positive learning environment
Following the school's schemes of work and assessment policies
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching Maths in UK secondary schools
Strong classroom management skills
Ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff
Available to start immediately
Pay & Benefits
Competitive daily rate up to £232.56, depending on experience
