Interim Head of Investor Relations
London - Hybrid - 2–4 days per week - ASAP Start

We are supporting a recently listed, international business backed by a major private investment group, operating across multiple European markets. Following a recent transaction and entry into the public markets, the business is seeing a significant increase in investor engagement and is looking to strengthen its Investor Relations capability on an interim basis.
This is a senior, hands-on role, suited to someone who can operate at Head of level, working closely with the CFO and leadership team to manage external communications and support the business through this early phase as a listed entity.
The Role
- Support Investor Relations activity following a recent listing and corporate transaction
- Partner with the CFO on investor messaging and market positioning
- Lead preparation of results materials, trading updates and investor presentations
- Manage day-to-day interaction with analysts and investors, responding to queries and maintaining relationships
- Help shape and refine the equity story across a multi-entity, international structure
- Support delivery of results cycles, roadshows and investor meetings
- Work closely with finance to translate performance into clear, consistent external communication
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a senior Investor Relations role (Head of / Director level)
- Experience in a listed environment, ideally with IPO or post-listing exposure
- Strong understanding of capital markets and investor expectations
- Credible, confident communicator with experience engaging at CFO and investor level
- Hands-on and adaptable, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience in international or multi-entity businesses is advantageous
