We are working with a highly regarded Home Care provider based in Bracknell, Berkshire, who is looking to recruit a passionate and motivated individual to join their growing team.

You will make a real difference to the lives of predominantly elderly individuals, supporting them to remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.

Reporting to:- Registered Care Manager
Duties will include:-
- Care Coordination/Rostering/Scheduling
- Prioritize well being off both Care Staff and Service Users when scheduling
- Care Plans
- Risk Assessments
- Deliver a Safe & Compliant Home Care Service within CQC Guidelines, provide the utmost Customer Service to Services Users and their Families at all times
- Care Worker Spot Checks
- Administration
- Safeguarding of both Care Workers & Clients (Service Users)
- Liaise with Key Social Care Parties:- Social Workers, GP Practices, NHS Discharge Teams, CQC
- Deliver Personal Care to Clients (Service Users) in the community when
needed in order to comply with CQC regulations
- Be part of a rota'd Team On Call Service
Working Hours:
Office Based:
Monday - Friday 09:00hrs - 17:00hrs
or
Monday - Friday 08:00hrs - 16:00hrs
or
Monday - Friday -07:00hrs - 15:00hrs
On call rota service 1 weekend in 6 weeks
Desired experience:
Care Coordination/Rostering/Scheduling experience
Strong relationship building skills and empathetic nature
Home Care Experience (Carer)
Proficiency in following CQC regulations, Safeguarding Measures
