Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and opening properties for pre-booked, fully qualified viewings
- Welcoming applicants and guiding them through properties professionally
- Presenting homes confidently while highlighting key features and benefits
- Ensuring viewings run efficiently and to our world-class standard
- Representing the brand and development with professionalism and attention to detail
- Providing clear feedback from applicants to the lettings team after viewings
- Managing property keys responsibly, including collection and return to site offices
- Maintaining organisation and communication to ensure a seamless viewing experience
About You
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with a wide range of people
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Professional appearance (smart casual business wear)
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
- Able to commute to London developments for scheduled viewings
- A proactive attitude and interest in the property industry
- No driving licence required
