Our client is a high growth tech firm that has recently gone through a successful investment round.
This 6-month fixed term contract HR Business Partner role will support the delivery of the people plan and provide business partnering support to the SLT and line managers providing guidance and support on all people related matters.
They offer a remote-first culture and you will cover the whole generalist employee lifecycle. With a new CPO, they are currently conducting an HR audit and transitioning to business partnering and you will play a key role in that review. This will include HR policies redesign, performance management and talent review and assessment, and employee engagement to improve the employee experience.
The role will suit someone who enjoys the variety of generalist HR business partnering activity, HR projects and driving change with the implementation of new processes to improve overall employee experience.
The possibility of contract to permanent is currently being evaluated.
