The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team, supporting across the finance, operations, supply chain and procurement professions. You will play a key role in supporting two Directors by sourcing and engaging candidates, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring an excellent experience for both candidates and clients. Part-Time also considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in our database.
- Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A proactive and positive approach with a desire to learn and develop in recruitment.

Benefits & Package:
- Basic salary of £25-30k D.O.E plus the opportunity to earn bonuses
- Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5.15pm, Friday 8.30am – 1pm
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Wellness scheme of £50 per month
- Hybrid working after training period
